You will also be taught how easy it is to start with the simple items and the smallest studio place, as well as charge the amount you want in order to build a profitable business.

You can choose between 1:1 mentoring

If your new to photography or just want to learn newborn posing, wrapping and incorporate that to your photography and business and just eager to learn those little techniques and ways about newborn photography this workshop will cover everything you need to know.

I run group workshops and 1:1 mentoring so that all aspiring newborn photographers or those who want to start in newborn photography learn those little important aspects and ways of how to capture that perfect image your clients will love.

These workshops as well as 1:1 mentoring are to help guide all who are starting out skip the things I did wrong and didn’t know and had to learn by myself.

Apart from posing, I will share with you how I package, price and find my clients and how you can incorporate these strategies I teach you into your business.

During the mentoring I will have 1-2 newborns come in and I will show you how it’s all done and we will then take some images together.

My home studio in Melton South between the hours of 10-2 OR in Beirut Jnah

Mentoring doesn't just end that day, you will receive consistent help with any questions or guidance you may feel you need and the chance to come in and assist in some of my newborn sessions

Areas that will be covered in this workshop are:

- Preparing clients/parents before they attend their newborn session
- How to select and choose props and how to safely use them.
- How to plan ahead for each session
- How to use natural light effectively
- How to sooth/wrap and settle a newborn
- How to handle a newborn safely
- Posing newborn and camera angles
- Bean bag posing and transitions
- Overview of action sets I like to use and how it helps cut my editing time in half. 
- Overview of how to price/market your business to suit you and your clients

I will also share with you how and what systems i use to make my business easier and the ones that help you generate the income you want as a business owner and photographer.

I will share all my knowledge and answer any questions or issues that you are struggling with

I also run the online membership called The Newborn & Photography Business School where you will get a 6 month membership pass to continue learning from me online. Inside there is a lot already and we add and create new online workshops and videos each month.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a DSLR camera and familiar with manual settings with a lens
COST $1500 for a whole day or choose online mentoring for $200 for 3 hrs
