Booking and Payment:

Registrations are on a first-come, first-served basis and are allocated and guaranteed only upon receipt of full or deposit payment.

Full payments received will be limited to 6 max attendees per workshop. Payment is non-refundable and is required to be made at the time of registration. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the workshop dates due to strong reasons if need be and each attendee will be notified at least with 72 hours prior. See below under ‘cancellations’ for more details.

To register you must have or own a digital professional camera and must know how to use it correctly. Camera demonstrations are not covered in this workshop in-depth but we will get help with some direction if you need it, therefore you must be certain of how to use one or at least have played around with it.

Note: You will not be allowed to participate in photographing a newborn model if your camera is not fitted with a safety strap/harness.

The newborn will only be handled by Rachall during the workshop. We ask if you want to learn to wrap as hands-on please bring a doll with you to the workshop

Attendance:

If you are sick or feel unwell we ask that you notify the host before arrival so that I can supply you with a facial mask and cotton gloves to prevent spreading germs to our models/attendees/mentor. PLEASE NOTE ALL ATTENDEES WILL BE ASKED TO SANITIZE DURING THE SESSION ON A REGULAR BASIS.

Allergies:

Please notify us of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Photos/Images taken during the live Workshop

You are permitted to use all images taken of newborn models on the day taken with your camera for your own portfolio use. For the pose, set up and wrapping is done by Rachall it is COMPULSORY YOU TAG, CREDIT RACHALL AND THE WORKSHOP YOU ATTENDED.

You also hereby acknowledge that you will NOT on-sell your images to any third parties. STRICT PENALTIES APPLY IF YOU DO SO AND IS AGAINST We kindly request that you refrain from taking photos of the host during workshops unless stated otherwise by host or mentor. You can only use images you take for mentioning your attendance to this workshop, yet not for professional or portfolio use.

Cancellation:

If you wish to cancel at any time we cannot offer refunds even before or after the workshop begins.
We reserve the right to alter or cancel any workshop at any time. For reasons including, but not limited to, too few participants, adverse weather, instructor illness, logistical problems such as strikes, wars, acts of God, or any other circumstances, which may make the operation of the workshop inadvisable. If any workshop has to be cancelled by myself then all fees are refunded in full or you may choose another date or workshop. We are not responsible for any expenses or damages incurred by workshop members as a consequence of any cancellation, such as costs expended in preparing for the trip including non-refundable or penalty-carrying airline tickets, equipment, lost income, or any other trip-related losses or expenses. If you find yourself unable to attend, you may sell your spot, however, we will not advertise your sale. If you fail to attend your workshop there will be no refunds or transfers. You are the only person permitted to attend this workshop after you have signed up.

WORKSHOPS ARE NOT RECORDABLE FOR ATTENDEES If you FAIL TO PAY YOUR INVOICE or NOT SHOW UP FOR THE WORKSHOP with no communication your invoice will be cancelled and further entry will not be permitted.
If you choose to PAY A DEPOSIT When registering, Balance payment is required 2 weeks prior to the workshop date. We will send you an email to finalize payment
